Our Education System
Today we see many educated people in our country and in Africa. Our education is only knowledge based so we are not bringing it down in our lives so many graduated people are jobless and dependent on their family. having degree, PhD, masters is somehow meaning leads. Our uneducated family with hope their educated children will help them after having job.
Younger sisters and brothers motivated by seeing their older. If older ones are not successful by working on their field of study how can youngers encourage, motivate to learn and show commitment to learn? they will start thinking what is the difference between learning and not learning? so they will have lost interest for learning. The current teaching and learning curriculum needs to be see.
The important thing is not learning or not but why am I learn!
If we ask educated people around us, why are you studying science? why did you study computer science most of them have no reason.
Traditional learning culture have drawback. Ashewa education is an opportunity for youngster’s, women’s, house women’s and diasporas to learn at anytime and anywhere in the world. World changed by educated people but in our country- Africa Many poor and unemployed people are educated!! Although it is not a question of whether or not a person learns so according to Ashewa research we should live what we learn.
So we designed our teaching to be focused on results and creativity. It should be used by students in their field of study.
Trough coming times there is a lot of competition and a lot robots being replaced by human beings, human responsibility will come out of the market unless we start being creative, innovative and productive.
We believe that youngers must be creative, constructive and innovative. It is mandatory. Then after we will create a great citizen who will benefit himself, his (family and country).
Who teaches?
In personal development, information technology, construction, health, business, sales & marketing, academic etc.
Who can learn?
Providing alternative education opportunity. for young people especially who are not learning according to their interest at the university level.
Those who are educated and working and who want to learn more about their profession in terms of practicality and those who are busy and wants to learn in their spare time.
Immigrants who have hobbies and want to learn in their favorite field. For example, if we look at our people in the Arab world, they have free time, they have internet connection. If they get the opportunity to study, they will be able to obtain not only money but also a lot of knowledge, experience, certification, diploma, degree, PhD.
For those who can’t go to school, university or study. Housewives, housekeepers etc. take advantage of this opportunity.
